Refund Policy — Baked Meringue

Cake Mix All cake mix sales are final. Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

If your product arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at email@bakedmeringue.com with a photo of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis.

In-Person Classes & Events All ticket and event sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued due to limited seating.

If an event is cancelled by Baked Meringue, a full refund or credit toward a future class will be issued.
