Refund Policy — Baked Meringue

Cake Mix — Final Sale & Cancellations

All cake mix sales are final. Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Requests received outside of our business hours will be reviewed during the next business day. If an order has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped by the time the request is reviewed, it cannot be canceled.

If your product arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at email@bakedmeringue.com with photos of the product and packaging. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

In-Person Classes & Events All ticket and event sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued due to limited seating.

If an event is cancelled by Baked Meringue, a full refund or credit toward a future class will be issued.
