Orders & Payments

✔ All orders are final – No cancellations, refunds, or modifications once confirmed.
✔ Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
✔ We accept visa, Mastercard, apple pay, cash payments. Baked Meringue is not responsible for third-party payment processing errors.

3. Custom Cakes & Baking Classes

✔ Custom cakes are made based on customer specifications. Baked Meringue is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to taste, design, or personal preferences.
✔ Baking classes require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may request to reschedule at least 72 hours in advance.

4. Pick-Up & Delivery

✔ Pick-up is by appointment only at our NJ location. Customers must arrive on time; late pick-ups may result in additional charges or order cancellation.
✔ Delivery is available for an additional fee (rates vary by location).
✔ Once an order leaves our premises, Baked Meringue is not responsible for damage due to improper handling, transport, or storage.

5. Allergy Disclaimer

✔ Our cakes are nut-free, but we do not guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must notify us in advance.
✔ Baked Meringue is not liable for allergic reactions or health-related issues resulting from ingredient consumption.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

✔ All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
✔ If an issue arises with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pick-up for resolution.
✔ In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled, a store credit may be issued at Baked Meringue’s discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

✔ Baked Meringue is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of this website, its products, or services.
✔ We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and are not liable for technical errors, delays, or security breaches beyond our control.
