*This class is a demonstration and not hands-on. * Learn all the secrets on how to make a delicious Dominican cake. In this four-hour workshop, the student will learn how to make this famous cake. Also, a pineapple upside-down, marble cake, Dominican chocolate cake, rum raisin cake, and coconut cake. Pineapple and guava fillings, and the entire secret to elaborate the Our special meringue icing. *This class is only a demonstration and not a hands-on workshop. * Notes: All of our classes are offered in English and Spanish. Video or digital recording is not permitted in class. You do not need to purchase any tools or equipment for the class. All ingredients for baking are included. Baking tools, equipment, or ingredients to take home are not included but they will be available in the classroom.
