Embark on a Culinary Journey: Master the Art of Dominican Cake Making! Join us for an immersive 4-week, 4-hour hands-on class, held every Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. Delve deep into the world of Dominican baking as you learn to craft the most iconic and mouthwatering cakes celebrated for their moist, fluffy texture. From the classic Dominican cake to tantalizing variations like pineapple upside-down, marble, Dominican chocolate, and rum raisin, each session promises to unlock the secrets behind these delectable treats. Notes: All classes are offered in both English and Spanish. Please note that video or digital recording is not permitted in class. You do not need to purchase any tools or equipment for the class. All ingredients for baking are included. Baking tools, equipment, or ingredients to take home are not included but will be available in the classroom. Please note that chaperones or additional guests are not allowed in the classroom unless their spot has been paid for, even if they are not participating in the class. Feel free to invite friends and family to join you in this exciting culinary adventure! In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, refunds will be issued, or the class will be rescheduled to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience. Cancellation Policy

Class Attendance Policy: Attendance: Attendance is crucial for each session of the Dominican cake class. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but consistent attendance ensures a comprehensive learning experience for all participants. Missed Sessions: If you are unable to attend a session, please inform us as soon as possible. While we strive to accommodate missed sessions, makeup classes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Late Arrival: Please arrive promptly for each session. Late arrival disrupts the class flow and may result in missed instructions. If you anticipate being late, please notify us in advance. Guests: Only registered participants are allowed in the classroom during class hours. Guests, including chaperones or observers, are not permitted unless they have registered and paid for a spot in the class. This policy ensures a focused learning environment and maximizes the resources available to paying participants. Recording Policy: For the privacy and respect of all participants, video or digital recording of the class is strictly prohibited. Refund and Cancellation: Refunds or credits are not issued for missed classes or class Cancellation. However, if you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at 7 days before the start of the class to receive a CREDIT towards future classes, minus any applicable administrative fees. Class Materials: All necessary ingredients for baking are provided during class sessions. Participants are not required to purchase any additional tools or equipment. However, any baking tools, equipment, or ingredients to take home are not included but will be available for purchase in the classroom.
