At Baked Meringue, every order is handcrafted with care and made fresh to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we enforce a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy to maintain quality and fairness for all customers.
Understanding Our No-Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
At Baked Meringue, all orders are custom-made and prepared fresh to order. Due to the nature of our business, we enforce a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy to ensure fairness and maintain product quality.
✔ No Refunds or Exchanges: Once an order is placed, it is considered final. We do not issue refunds, replacements, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to personal taste, design preferences, or event cancellations.
✔ Non-Transferable Credits: Any store credit issued is solely at the discretion of Baked Meringue and must be used by the original purchaser. Store credits cannot be transferred to another person, order, or future event.
✔ Deposits Are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All deposits are required to secure an order and cannot be refunded or applied to another order or date.
✔ Deposit Expiration: If an order is canceled, any deposit paid must be used within 15 days from the original order date. After this period, the deposit will be forfeited, and no credit will be issued.
✔ Customer Responsibility Upon Pick-Up: Once an order leaves our premises, Baked Meringue assumes no liability for damage due to improper handling, storage, or transport by the customer or a third party.
✔ Custom Design Disclaimer: While we strive to meet customer expectations, we do not guarantee exact replicas of any design, including colors, textures, or decorations. Slight variations are inherent to handcrafted cakes.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Baked Meringue is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may impact an order after it has been confirmed or collected.
Pick-Up & Handling Responsibility
✔ Once a cake leaves our premises, we are not responsible for damage due to improper handling, transportation, or storage.
✔ Cakes should be kept refrigerated and stored as instructed.
✔ Customers must arrive on time for pick-ups; late pick-ups may affect cake quality, and Baked Meringue is not liable for any changes.
Allergy & Dietary Restrictions
✔ Our cakes are nut-free, but we do not guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
✔ Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for informing us before placing an order.
✔ No refunds or liability for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or personal dietary preferences.
Custom Design Disclaimer
✔ All cakes are handcrafted, and we do not guarantee exact replicas of any design, including colors, textures, or decorations. Variations may occur due to ingredients, lighting, and artistic interpretation.
✔ We strive to match customer requests as closely as possible, but slight differences in design, structure, and finishing details are expected.
✔ No refunds will be issued for minor artistic variations or differences in interpretation between reference images and the final product.
Right to Refuse Service
✔ Baked Meringue reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who fail to follow policies or make unreasonable refund requests.

Baking & Cake Decorating Classes Policy | Baked Meringue
By enrolling in a class, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Payments
✔ All class bookings are final. Full payment is required to secure your spot.
✔ No refunds or transfers. Once booked, your spot cannot be transferred to another person or class.
Rescheduling
✔ 72-hour notice required for rescheduling. Late cancellations will forfeit payment.
✔ Rescheduled classes must be attended within 10 days, subject to availability.
Participant Responsibility
✔ Baked Meringue is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or health issues.
✔ Allergen Notice: Our kitchen contains dairy, gluten, and eggs—participation is at your own risk.
✔ Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Class Cancellations
✔ If Baked Meringue cancels a class, a reschedule or store credit will be offered.
✔ Minimum enrollment required—low attendance may result in rescheduling.
Photography Release
✔ Photos/videos may be taken for marketing. Notify us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.
