1. Orders & Payments

✔ All orders are final – No cancellations, refunds, or modifications once confirmed.
✔ Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
✔ We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and cash payments. Baked Meringue is not responsible for third-party payment processing errors.

2. Custom Cakes & Baking Classes

✔ Custom cakes are made based on customer specifications. Baked Meringue is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to taste, design, or personal preferences.
✔ Baking classes require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may request to reschedule at least 72 hours in advance.

3. Pick-Up & Delivery

✔ Pick-up is by appointment only at our NJ location. Customers must arrive on time; late pick-ups may result in additional charges or order cancellation.
✔ Delivery is available for an additional fee (rates vary by location).
✔ Once an order leaves our premises, Baked Meringue is not responsible for damage due to improper handling, transport, or storage.

4. Allergy Disclaimer

✔ Our cakes are nut-free, but we do not guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must notify us in advance.
✔ Baked Meringue is not liable for allergic reactions or health-related issues resulting from ingredient consumption.

5. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

✔ All sales are final. Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.

✔ Custom cakes and special orders are made according to customer specifications and are non-refundable and non-replaceable once they leave our premises. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction related to taste, design, or personal preferences.

✔ Cake mixes: In the rare event that your cake mix order arrives damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement only (no refunds) at our sole discretion.

✔ Customers must provide clear photo evidence of damage or error within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up to qualify for a replacement of cake mix products.

✔ Baked Meringue is not liable for shipping carrier delays, mishandling, or damage resulting from improper storage or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
